LEVEL I PHILOSOPHY
Reiki Level I is the foundation of all healing work. In Rastafari wisdom, one must become upright in self before offering service to others. This level is devoted entirely to self-healing, discipline, grounding, and energy awareness.
Students are taught that Reiki is not something you “do” — it is something you allow.
